Staff at the practice are very friendly, accommodating and know what they're doing. They make kids feel comfortable and answer parents' questions with ease and clear communication.
We were from out of town and my son's brace broke off. The doctor not only was able to immediately accomodate our needs with an urgent appointment, but also replaced the braces with brand new braces.
